Grape variety: 100% Vermentino
Pale straw yellow, fragrant and intense on the nose, aromas of yellow fruits and white flowers, citrus notes, pleasant on the palate with excellent balance of freshness and mineral component, long finish with a hint of citrus.
It was harvested separately on each parcel of the vineyard according to the ripeness of the grapes, in order to highlight the complex territorial characteristics of each vineyard. On arrival at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and the berries gently crushed and pressed. The must was placed in stainless steel inox tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature of 16°C. The different batches of wine were carefully and regularly checked and then blended.
