Grandiose, multi-layered aromas; in addition to rose petals and candied orange peel, extremely stony aromas are revealed; the palate is characterised by chalky notes, with an intense finish of mandarin and nutmeg.
Recommended with: summer salads, fresh sheep or goat cheese, ginger dishes, poultry (fried chicken), seafood salad, mussels, exotic fruits.

The Krepskogel vineyard is the southernmost part of the Pössnitzberg. A typical regional vineyard wine grows there, which shows a strong, natural expression of its origin and has considerable development potential.
Our wine from this vineyard is classified as Erste STK Ried. The harvest yield is limited to a maximum of 45hl. Wines of the Erste STK
Ried may be put on sale from September 1st at the earliest after 11 months of ageing." Erwin Sabathi
