The Riesling is dominated by tropical fruits such as mango, passion fruit, pineapple and, of course, fully ripe peach, clearly toned minerality as a dowry of the meager weathered soils.
After a few years of aging, one has the feeling that the sensory boundaries between Grüner Veltliner and Riesling are becoming blurred and that the terroir of this exceptional site is increasingly asserting itself.
