This raspberry brandy, made by the family business Reisebauer, is very authentic and rounded with light lemon notes. On the palate with finely chiseled aromas, it seems almost interwoven, but knows it is very light and lively due to the strong pressure on the palate. For one litre of raspberry brandy, Reisetbauer needs about 33 kg of raspberry mash.
