Ingredients & Allergens
The Nebbiolo grapes come from the famous vineyards around Monforte, Serralunga and Castiglione Falletto. After the grapes are harvested by hand and gently crushed, they are fermented on the skins. The young wine is then aged for two years in French and Slavonian oak barrels of 50 to 75 hl, and a small part in two-year-old barriques. The wine then matures in the bottle for twelve months.
