Le Petit Ducru de Ducru-Beaucaillou is intended as an introduction to the style of its elders, the Grand Vin Ducru-Beaucaillou and La Croix Ducru-Beaucaillou. Equipped with its own style, Le Petit Ducru presents the same attention to detail during the vine's vegetative cycle, the same uncompromising selection and the same rigorous winemaking as a common denominator with the estate's other two wines. Vines: Merlot (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (36%), Petit Verdot (4%). The Petit Ducru de Ducru-Beaucaillou 2019 has an intense purple colour. The aromatic complexity of the bouquet is evident from the first moment. Notes of red fruits and stewed fruit perfume the nose and reveal discreet notes of ageing. On the palate, the mouth reveals a great wealth of substance.
