Henri Bardouin
Pastis has its origins in France. The first pastis was produced in Provence at the end of the 19th century. Henri Bardouin is made from more than 65 herbs, plants and spices in Hâute Provence. The ingredients are handpicked.
Traditionally distilled from aniseed. Plus lavender, verbena, thyme, absinthe, liquorice roots, sage, mugwort, cumin and others.

Vanilla yellow in the glass. In the nose a wonderful scent of aniseed. Best balance on the palate - the Provencial herbs harmonise excellently with the exotic spices. Long finish. Drink traditionally diluted with chilled water.
