"2016 once again produced a successful vintage that highlights all the advantages of Bolgheri's climate: plenty of sunshine without excessive heat, a dry summer for the perfect ripening and concentration of the grapes and only enough rain to avoid water stress. All these elements combine to produce a wine of lush ripeness and sparkling freshness. Opposing forces create a sense of racy density, which we like to call 'tension'."
