This creamy, full-bodied barrique wine was created from the two grape varieties Roussanne and Marsanne under the direction of Jean Paux Rosset and his oenologist Claude Gros. We recommend this Cru of the South with fish and seafood, poultry and cheese.

Bright yellow with golden shimmer. Seductive fruit bouquet with pears and fresh pineapple in the multi-faceted nose, fine vanilla notes and white chocolate behind. Delicately creamy palate with pleasant balance and again lots of fruit, now also grape jelly and white peach, dancing and full-bodied at the same time, a white South Frenchman with Burgundian flair.
