Harmonious and lively.
The seedling is reminiscent of a lady who attaches great importance to a life in balance. In wind and weather, she rides her bike. But never without her cloth bag made of organic alpaca wool, in which she always keeps a current bestseller ready for a break.
Light, fresh and with a fine aroma of citrus and apricot. On the palate, the Sämling shows round and soft features, combined with a fruity note of Kalamansi oranges.

Classic in the sense of tried and tested. Our winery is located in southern Styria. Here, in the lee of the Alps, the Illyrian climate determines the weather. Contrasting weather conditions with Mediterranean sunshine hours, large temperature fluctuations and abundant rain. At first glance not promising, we are aware of the unique advantages. And create naturally good wine with calmness and composure.
Pairing: An ideal food companion to fish, but also goes very well with light pasta dishes.
