Description

The pasta from Campofilone traditionally consists only of durum wheat semolina and about one third egg. These fettuccine are refined with squid ink, which not only gives the pasta  its striking color but also its exquisite taste. The pasta dough is cut with bronze and slowly dried. This process gives the pasta its typical rough and porous surface that binds with any sauce. One package of 250g pasta is enough for about 4 servings.  The pasta is made with only natural and selected ingredients and without colourings nor preservatives.
