Assemblage of different Calvados from over five years of maturation in oak barrels.
Light amber colour.
Fruity aromas (apple, pear) paired with the aromas from longer maturation in wood. A V.S.O.P. that smells distinctly delicious of vanilla and fine pastries.
Elegant taste, complex and of nice length.
Recommended with a Livarot cheese or as a digestif.
