JACOPO POLI 1898
The Poli Distillery is an artisan grappa distillery owned exclusively by the Poli family and founded in 1898 in Schiavon near Bassano del Grappa in the heart of Veneto, Italy. The distillery is currently run by Jacopo Poli together with his siblings Giampaolo, Barbara and Andrea.

"Sarpa" is Veneto dialect and means "marc"' the raw material from which grappa is distilled.
First produced in 1991, Sarpa Oro is matured for several years in the distillery's underground cellars. Here, about 4000 oak barriques with a capacity of 225 litres are stored.
Sarpa Oro is simply a perfect grappa: it embodies the great evolution of this distillate, from a popular product to an Italian symbol, world-famous.
