Brauhaus Gusswerk has developed Austria's first organic gluten-free beer. Austrian organic grain and Salzburg spring water give this regional beer its great taste.
Tasting note
Bright clear amber colour, white foam. In the nose honey, tart fresh cereal notes, roasted hazelnuts. On the palate medium-full with mild carbonic acid. Then a discreet, quite dry finish with pleasant sharpness, delicate sweetness and a noticeable hint of hops. Refreshing and mild, also a good alternative to the classic barley beer for non-allergy sufferers.
