Strong yellow gold. Very delicate volatile acidity on the nose, clear botrytis spice, dried fruit of figs and dates, candied orange zest, fine vanilla touch underneath, apricot confit and discreet herbal spice, not yet fully coalesced in the bouquet. Juicy, sweet yellow fruit of mango and honeydew melon, some lanolin, very well integrated new wood, stylistically very close to a Sauternes, fine tropical fruit aromas on the finish, sturdy finish, pineapple, lemon and yellow peach in the aftertaste, very good ageing potential.
