Glenfiddich
Single Malt Scotch Whisky - Over 124 years of pioneering work! For 20 years, William Grant had the dream of making the "best whisky in the valley". With the help of his family, he finally made his dream come true. In the summer of 1886, William, along with his seven sons and two daughters, began to fulfil his lifelong dream. Together they began building a distillery, brick by brick. After a year of hard work, the time had come and William named it "Glenfiddich", Gaelic for "Valley of the Deer". William's passion, determination and pioneering spirit have shaped Glenfiddich to this day.

This new Experimental Series bottling plays with fire, sending up crackling campfire smoke with oak and peat notes that finish with a lingering woody aroma. Cane (sugar cane) provides lingering sweetness by combining intensely sweet toffee with the characteristic notes of green fruits, baked apples and roasted marhsmallow with subtle spice. Rum casks can also balance the dryness of the phenols and intensify the sweetness. In addition, by using only the natural sweetness of American oak from Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Fire & Cane is, Kentucky, is kosher-certified.
On the nose, gently rising peaty notes - like distant clouds of smoke blown by the wind.
On the palate, a smoky explosion like a bonfire made of peat from the Highlands. Overlaid with oak notes and caramel flavours. Lingering smokiness and long lingering sweetness in the finish.
Origin: Dufftown, Speyside, Scotland
