The harvest was of course done by hand. After fermentation, this Mercurey was aged for 12 months in barriques, 10% of which were new and only moderately toasted. The result is a rather classically structured red Burgundy that can be drunk with great pleasure in its early youth due to its round tannins, but can of course also rest in the cellar for a few years. It is equally suitable for the Burgundy novice as for the connoisseur.
