Nose: Notes of gingerbread, caramel and cherry on the nose.
Taste: A hint of vanilla opens a broad, decisive and very long taste. With a strong balance, it finishes with notes of small red fruits.
Food pairing: goes well with all meals, including roast meat dishes. Ideal with all kinds of roasts.
