Château Chasse-Spleen is one of Bordeaux's famous wine estates. It is located in an outlying area of Moulis south of Saint-Julien and has been classified as Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel since 2003. The vineyards are located at the exit of the village of Arcins in the direction of Pauillac on the left side of the Route des Châteaux. Along with Château Poujeaux, it is one of the best producers in Moulis.

Pairings: Goose breast with ginger-red cabbage and marjoram, rocket penne or spinach gratin with almonds
