On the nose, it is initially very intense tropical fruit and even cinnamon, and one would expect a powerful palate. But then it reveals itself very fresh, even fruity and precise, finally ending with a very aromatic finish.
Food recommendation: The perfect companion to pasta with vegetable, mushroom or truffle filling. It also goes well with roasted fish and boiled meat.
