Nose: Hints of ripe yellow fruit: peaches, golden delicious apples, lemon peel. Hints of butter, roasted hazelnuts, baked apple, freshly baked bread, custard cream, vanilla.
Mouth: Round, flat and creamy. Delicate, smooth bubbles resulting from the long ageing process in racks producing an extraordinary volume and creaminess in the mouth. A lasting, fresh sensation on the palate.
Food recommendation: Excellent to combine with buffet meals with a huge diversity of ingredients and preparation.
