The Primitivo Salento from Botter's Caleo line is a medium-bodied red wine from the grape variety of the same name. The name derives from "primo - the first", because Primitivo belongs to the early ripening varieties and is harvested first, before all other grape varieties. A soft and drinkable wine for all occasions, but still with a certain power. It has a beautiful aroma of red and black berries with delicate hints of Amarena cherries. Soft tannin and very mild acid structure.
