Blauer Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and St. Laurent are the grape variety trio of the Rosé sparkling wine. Zweigelt brings the juiciness and the brilliant colour, Pinot Noir and St. Laurent provide berryiness and elegance.
Food recommendation: As an aperitif, at a picnic in the vineyard or as a versatile culinary companion to starters, vegetable dishes and light fish and poultry recipes.
