The grapes come from higher and cooler vineyards. The soil there is stony and light and the sugar formation of the grapes is slower in these sites. This makes this Grüner Veltliner the lightest of the vintage.

Fresh, clear fruit with a fine spicy undertone, fresh apple, flowers and citrus; pleasantly fresh, uncomplicated, easy-drinking wine with a discreet, mineral finish!
A refreshing aperitif, also well suited to all cold starters, seafood, salads, to fish and white meat such as roast chicken, also accompanies not too hearty exotic dishes such as wok with vegetables and chicken.
