The harvest for the Blanc de Blancs takes place in the last week of August. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, the cuvée is placed in large wooden barrels for one year, where it waits until bottle fermentation. It is only after 36 months that our Blanc de Blancs Reserve emerges from our cellar, 12 metres underground, before being disgorged.
Delicate forest blossom, honeydew melon, ripe tropical fruit, flows down pleasantly, dense, concentrated fruit, long finish.
