135 East Hyogo Dry Gin

Classic botanicals such as juniper and lemon are complemented by atypical ingredients that give it its Japanese side. Yuzu, sansho pepper, shiso and chrysanthemum and cedar give this gin an extraordinary overall composition in which the always predominant citrus note is excitingly embraced by the spicy flavors.

Description

135° East Gin is a gin inspired by the Taisho era, a time when Eastern culture merged with Western customs. It takes its name from the 135th degree of east longitude that crosses the city of Akashi - which determines Japanese standard time.
Master distiller Kimio Yonezawa has taken the three traditional botanicals of London Dry Gin and blended them with five Japanese botanicals to create a harmonious and well-rounded spirit. The botanicals that make up 135° East Gin are carefully sourced from local producers. Each ingredient is distilled separately, using the best method for it to protect its unique characteristics, one of which is vacuum distillation, also used for the production of luxury perfumes.
