Nose: Very light hints of fruit and fresh and aromatic aroma.
Tongue: On the palate, the wine is good bodied, concentrated, aromatic persistent. Aromas of tropical fruits (especially pineapple) and dried apricots, filigree and mineral, of brilliant acidity structure.
Pairing recommendation: Perfect for exotic & Asian cuisine, pairs well with pasta, fish and shellfish. Serve at 10°C.
