Developed exclusively for the Arlberg Ski Club, the Rote Williams Brand has a balanced, fruity and spicy taste profile in the customary high Reisetbauer quality. Incidentally, the brandy scored an incredible 100 out of 100 points in the Falstaff Spirits Trophy.

Ideal-typical, ripe, juicy fruit, subtle spiciness, grassy piquancy, lively and animating; youthful palate with beautiful fruit-spice dialogue. The Williams pear - queen among pears - grows on thousands of trees in their own orchards and is picked exclusively by hand. After harvesting, the pears are stored in a cool room for about two days to let them ripen a little more. The fruits are then mashed and fermented at 16-17° Celsius for 7 days. The subsequent gentle distillation produces the unique Williams brandy. Approximately 12.2 kg of fresh Williams pears are needed for one litre of this noble brandy.
