For this wine, Jean Paux-Rosset selected the best plots of his stony, mineral-rich vineyards with vines around 25 years old. The grapes were harvested by hand and transformed into a Mediterranean red wine, full and velvety, influenced by the southern sun.

Dense purple with violet shimmer. Stewed plums and dark cherries in the fruity nose, also fine clove spice and blackberries behind. Velvety-smooth attack with seductive fruity sweetness and omnipresent warmth of the South of France, cherries and plums in many facets, juicy flow and lots of primary fruit until the end.
