The idea of exploiting the maximum of terroir and grape variety was already alive years before the first "Infinite". With the 1998 vintage, this vision became reality for the first time. Already at the first barrel tastings, the wine was described as having an "infinitely" long finish. Thus, the name for this unique wine was also obvious.
