On Christoph Patrice's estate, the vines are planted at a lower density than most growers in Chablis. Christoph Patrice practices pruning in single or double guyings, because quality comes before quantity. Plant protection products are used only when necessary and fertilization is done according to the plot.
Food recommendations: Ideal as an aperitif, equally great companion to seafood dishes such as oysters, crab or shrimp.
