This White Ale is the Icelandic version of a Witbier, a Belgian style of wheat beer. This beer has a lighter texture than the German white beers and is traditionally refined with various spices.

White Ale has an unclear light yellow color in the glass. The aroma has notes of straw, white bread, coriander and orange. In the mouth it is fruity, with a delicate sweetness, wonderful spicy notes, followed by a dry and refreshing finish.
Food recommendation: perfect complement to seafood, poultry, vegetarian dishes, tapas, Asian as well as spicy dishes, including Mexican, Indian and Thai.
