Adami
At Colbertaldo, one still crosses a small forest whose first evidence dates back six centuries and which was once called "Bosco di Gica". Named after this forest, the Valdobbiadene Docg Brut Adami expresses in a versatile way the balance between dry and delicate taste (residual sugar: 10 g/l). The grapes that are best suited for the Brut (tart) are essentially harvested in the three municipalities bordering the winery.
